Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maroochydore, QLD, for a Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality energy services to clients, ensuring adherence to customer expectations, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Core responsibilities include managing service performance, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and mitigating risks, and leading service improvement initiatives. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to drive seamless operations and provide support to team members.

Qualifications

  • Service Management and Delivery: Demonstrated ability to oversee service performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, foster relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Communication and Client Relations: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Competence in identifying and mitigating risks, analyzing operational processes, and developing efficient solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with energy retailing or strata services is preferred; experience in Embedded Networks or Renewable Energy solutions would be an advantage.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in service delivery or energy sectors.
