About the Role:

You'll be a key support for our sales team — responsible for accurately processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and preparing polished sales presentations and reports. You'll also coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

This role is full time office based in Prymont, NSW, with accessible public transport options (parking not provided).

What You'll Do:

  • Accurately key and process customer sales orders using CRM/ERP systems (experience in SAP desirable). 
  • Provide timely quotations, product information, and pricing support
  • Create professional sales presentations and reports to support the sales team
  • Liaise with sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Support new product launches, events and internal initiatives
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Experience creating professional sales presentations and supporting product launches
