The Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Customer Service Agent to support our sales team. You'll be the go-to person for smooth admin, happy customers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Take inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries
  • Lodge paperwork with government/industry bodies
  • Schedule with sales reps, installers, and customers
  • Handle complaints with professionalism
  • Update CRMs and track KPIs
  • Process invoices and generate daily reports
  • Keep everything running like clockwork and suggest ways we can improve
