Under the general direction of a Supervisor, the Community Development Officer will coordinate and support the partner agency to provide appropriate services for community members. The role includes planning and chairing community partnership meetings, networking across the community, and a portion of direct 1 to 1 individual service delivery. Working closely with the Skylight Distress Brief Support Service team members, there will also be administrative and reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will need to have both the NDIS Worker check and the DHS Working with Children check, have excellent community development skills, the confidence to plan and lead community meetings, and good administrative skills.
