Experienced Gelcoater

At Barrier Reef Pools, we are dedicated to delivering world class swimming pools across Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently seeking personnel with gelcoating/fibreglass experience to join the team at our Manufacturing facility in Beaudesert.  You will play a crucial role in ensuring our pools meet the highest standards of durability and quality.

If you have worked in the fibreglass pool industry or boatbuilding industry – this job is for you

Key Responsibilities

· Applying layers to pool moulds, ensuring even coverage and strong bonding for   maximum durability

· Using tools to eliminate air bubbles and ensure a smooth finish across all surfaces

· Preparing and inspecting moulds before lamination to ensure they are clean and ready for the application process

About You

Previous laminating/fibreglassing/gelcoat spraying experience will be highly regarded.  To join our team, you will need to have a can do attitude and the ability to multi task and have a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will need:-

• Current driver's license
• Be able to demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace
• Excellent communication skills
• Execute work that is of a high standard
