We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

To be a Chef at Robertson Public House, you'll need to be ready to work in a fun yet fast paced kitchen and be able to provide consistent high quality, while working in a team of talented chefs and cooks. Availability on weekends and holidays is a must.

As the successful candidate you will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to manage high volume in a fast paced environment.
  • Show excellent attention to detail and produce consistent high quality dishes.
  • Have a genuine passion for great food and service standards.
  • Be inspired to use local seasonal produce.
  • Strong hygiene and system/procedure focus
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with our suppliers
  • Above all, have a positive and motivated attitude.
