Location: Portarlington (90 minutes from Melbourne)

Position: Supervisor/Manager

Hours: Full-time, including evenings and weekends (Wednesday–Sunday)

Arlo, an exciting new wine and cocktail bar in Portarlington, is seeking a passionate, wine-savvy Supervisor/Manager to lead our front-of-house team. We're a vibrant venue in the making, with a talented crew and a stellar food offering, but we need your expertise to elevate our service to the next level.

We're looking for an enthusiastic leader with a deep love for wine and cocktails to become the face of Arlo. You'll create memorable guest experiences, drive exceptional service standards, and help shape our brand as we grow. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make their mark in a new venture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
• Engage with guests to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Utilize your drinks knowledge to guide customers through our wine and cocktail offerings
• Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards
• Collaborate with our management team to refine operations and enhance the guest experience

• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, with a passion for sharing that expertise
• Upbeat, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience in hospitality (supervisor or manager experience preferred)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday–Sunday operation)
• Eager to grow with a new business and contribute to its success
