Dentist | Full-Time | Coastal WA Location | Private-Focused Patient Base

Join our client's team in one of Western Australia's most picturesque coastal regions, where professional development meets enviable lifestyle. This well-established dental practice offers the perfect opportunity for both experienced dentists and recent graduates seeking a supportive and progressive environment.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a full-time Dentist to join their thriving team in the South West region of WA. Our client is a well-established general practice in Bunbury with a strong reputation built over 39 years. The patient demographic is predominantly private (approx. 90%) with a small portion (10%) comprising government-subsidised patients, including Indigenous patients referred through community health programs.

You will be stepping into a busy general practice that encourages full clinical freedom and places a strong emphasis on quality care, not KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver a wide range of general dental treatments including but not limited to:
  • Preventive care, examinations and oral cancer screenings
  • Minor oral surgery and extractions
  • Endodontics and rotary root canal therapy
  • Implants, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics
  • Veneers, bonding, composite fillings and cosmetic procedures
  • Treat patients from a well-established and loyal patient base
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary dental team, including those with a special interest in TMD, periodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics
  • Option to mentor new graduates and participate in structured training and planning sessions

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Full books from day one – high demand and consistent patient flow
  • Established for 40 years – strong reputation in the community
  • Full clinical autonomy – focus on quality over quantity with no production pressures
  • Advanced technology including digital scanners, CBCT, MODJAW, 3D facial scanners and rotary endodontics
  • Collaborative team – 16 dentists across the group offer a strong internal referral network
  • Tailored appointment times – set your own pace to deliver the highest standard of care
  • Visa sponsorship: Our client is more than happy to sponsor international candidates
  • Accommodation provided for non-locals coming to Bunbury alone.

New Graduate Friendly:

Our client offers a structured mentorship program with:

  • In-house clinical guidance and support
  • Treatment planning sessions
  • Regular webinars and continuing education

Remuneration & Sponsorship:

  • Commission-based remuneration with experienced dentists earning over $350,000 per annum (pre-tax)
  • Sponsorship and visa assistance available for international candidates and their families

Living in the South West WA Coast:

This location offers the best of both worlds – a relaxed coastal lifestyle with modern amenities. Ideal for professionals with families, the region boasts:

  • Quality public and private schooling options
  • An abundance of medical services and healthcare professionals
  • Stunning beaches, nature reserves and a temperate Mediterranean climate
  • A supportive and welcoming community
