We're seeking a motivated, hands-on Potting Supervisor to drive production success and lead our potting team at Hopeland.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated potting team
  • Oversee daily operations and production flow
  • Operate machinery and manage inputs (soil, pots, plugs)
  • Keep accurate records and hit quality/efficiency targets
  • Coach, train, and develop team members
What you'll bring:
  • Current Driver's Licence & Forklift Licence(essential)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience in horticulture, nursery, or production environments (desirable)
  • A positive, proactive, and safety-first approach
