Cleaner - Womans and Children's Hospital

We are currently seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team at the Womans and Children's Hospital.
As a Cleaner at the Women's and Children's Hospital, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across clinical and non-clinical areas, following strict infection control protocols and safety standards. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of everyone in the hospital environment.
We have multiple part time opportunities working, am, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
What you'll do
- Perform cleaning tasks across clinical and non-clinical areas to a high standard.
- Respond to cleaning requests via handheld device promptly and professionally.
- Follow infection control procedures, including use of appropriate PPE.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and maintain them in good condition.
- Support safety initiatives and report hazards or incidents promptly.
What you'll bring
- Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (preferred).
- Understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and infection control.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional presentation and strong customer service focus.
