Connect2Group is currently seeking a Full-Time NDIS Funding & Service Agreement Specialist to join our team in Cleveland.

The NDIS Funding & Service Agreement Specialist is responsible for managing all NDIS service agreements and ensuring participant funding is correctly allocated and maintained within the Client Management System. As a critical link between Operations and Finance, this role ensures service delivery is aligned with funding and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create, review, and maintain NDIS Service Agreements for all participants
  • Accurately enter and monitor participant funding and service bookings in the CMS
  • Manage invoicing processes for participant services (training and support provided)
  • Act as the main liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure smooth coordination
  • Track funding utilisation and alert relevant teams to potential overspend or underspend
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and maintain up-to-date service and funding records
  • Assist with reporting, auditing preparation, and continuous process improvements

To be considered for this role ideally you will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, including pricing arrangements and support categories
  • Proven experience working with NDIS service agreements and funding plans
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms and client record management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data and translate it for non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in disability or community services sector
  • Familiarity with systems like Akuety, MYOB or similar is desirable
  • Project or process improvement experience
