Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Sashimi Chef to join our kitchen team. If you have a love for Japanese cuisine and are eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:


• Prepare fresh sashimi dishes with care and attention to presentation


• Assist in daily kitchen prep and food handling


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards


• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:


• Must be available to work 5 days a week


• Willing to accept flexible rosters, including weekends and holidays


• Basic knife skills and understanding of raw fish handling and sushi making skills


• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations


• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Preferred but not essential:


• Previous experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi/sashimi preparation
