OCC Services is a well-established national labour hire company, operating since 1995. With strong roots built on integrity, safety, reliability, relationships, and family values, we're proud to now be growing in the Queensland market.

We're currently looking for experienced general construction labourers to join our Gold Coast team for a range of projects across the region.

About the Role:

You'll be working on active construction sites doing tasks such as:

  • Carrying out demolition and general site clean-up

  • Handling materials, including loading and unloading

  • Supporting tradespeople and operating tools under supervision

  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free

  • Following all workplace health and safety protocols

What We Need From You:

  • A current White Card (Construction Induction Card)

  • A driver's licence and reliable transport is preferred

  • Any additional tickets (e.g. EWP, traffic control), would be considered advantageous

  • A sound knowledge of OH&S requirements

  • A team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn

  • Able to complete online onboarding and a short medical questionnaire
