Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, managers, and partners to provide high-quality services to a diverse range of clients.

  • Assist in training and development of junior staff members.

  • Lead projects and manage client relationships, driving meaningful impact.

  • Prepare financial reports/statements and supporting schedules.

  • Prepare Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

  • Assist with virtual CFO engagements and other advisory services as needed.

  • Manage GST administration, including Business Activity Statements (BAS).

  • Perform other accounting tasks and provide support to junior staff as required.

  • Conduct financial analysis and studies as needed.

What You Need to Apply:

  • Proactive and Independent: Proven ability to take initiative and work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in MYOB, Reckon (QuickBooks), Xero, and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experienced: 3-4 years of experience in public practice, specialising in tax and business services.

  • Qualified: Completed or near completion of CA/CPA certification.
