We are seeking a creative lead to join our Creative, Print and Brand Services team.

As a Digital Experience Officer (Senior Graphic Designer) you will lead the end-to-end design process from concept through to delivery, shaping the ATO's visual identity to ensure our brand is consistent, engaging, and impactful across all channels.

You will provide expert design advice, develop creative strategies, and produce high-quality visual communications that align with user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, influence direction, and ensure design solutions are fit for purpose.

In addition, you will also mentor other designers, reviewing and refine work, you'll foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. With strong knowledge of design trends, technologies, and agile ways of working, you'll help the team innovate and deliver user-centred outcomes.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Sydney CBD.
