About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About the role

The registrar obstetrics position is focused on ANC, high risk pregnancy, specialty obstetric clinics, obstetric scanning, and birth suite. Limited gynaecology operating is available but not the focus of the position. There will be an expectation to participate on nights and weekend shifts. The job is a leadership role with facets of education, running of unit meetings, audit, and quality/safety reviews.

Participation in the roster for after-hours, on-call and recall as required by your unit.
