About the Role

As Retail Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the retail experience. You'll lead a passionate team, manage daily store operations, and work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with experience in pharmacy retail management who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Your Key Responsibilities

Retail Leadership

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-store team
  • Create a welcoming, well-presented and customer-centric store environment
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the retail floor
  • Drive sales, manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate on rosters, budgets, and compliance processes

Pharmacy Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to align on customer care and store goals
  • Support adherence to QCPP, PBS, and other pharmacy compliance frameworks
  • Ensure smooth integration between front-of-store and dispensary operations
  • Promote a culture of care, safety, and community engagement
