The opportunity
  • Hybrid Model - mix of working in-office and from home (after probation period)
  • Demonstrate your strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to change
  • Work in a supportive and productive team in a unique customer service role
  • Be part of a team taking high volume calls from our sites
  • Providing the correct information, tools and advice to support our customers
  • Deal with a range of enquires creating variety in your day
  • Learn about employment services and contribute to making a difference in people's lives
About you
  • Have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Have a genuine interest in people and ability to provide advice and required information
  • Skilled to talk to a diverse range of people
  • Be an active listener
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with our customers
  • A team player who has initiative, a "can-do" attitude and strong organisational ability
  • Empathetic and resilient
  • Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving results
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police check
