Residential Draftsperson

A residential home building company is looking for a full time Draftsperson with relevant qualifications and good Revit skills to produce preliminary plans, working drawings and 3D rendered plans of residential homes.

Your job will be to complete Preliminary Plans for the Sales Team, and Working Drawings of single and double storey residential homes. You will be provided with the necessary training and support, but must be able to work independently when required. For the right person this job can lead to a promising career as an integral part of the company.

You will be required to interpret covenants, contour and survey plans, and local council requirements to achieve design guidelines.

The job will require you to have relevant drafting qualifications, a sound construction knowledge, proficiency in Revit, and a working knowledge of the BCA and Residential Design Codes.
