About the role
Join the passionate team at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge as a Part-time Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Clearing and resetting tables between guests
- Assisting with general dining room and bar operations as required
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
