Position: Full-Time Barista

Salary: $72,000 – $80,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, serve and present coffee, tea, and other beverages to quality standards.
  • Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
  • Prepare and serve light food and snacks as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, tables, and equipment.
  • Handle payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum one year experience as a barista

Creativity and passion for food and presentation

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Strong communication and leadership skills
