Support Worker – Aged & Disability Care, must be available AFTERNOON/EVENINGS

Locations: Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Valley, Whitehorse & surrounding areas.

About the Role: You'll provide in-home care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity. Tasks include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, community access and more. Must be willing to travel within our service area. Client requested Males who enjoys video games- Must be available AFTERNOON/EVENINGS and some overnight shifts. We have availability to offer other shifts on other times of day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or similar. We accept students or people willing to study.
  • Must be available AFTERNOON/EVENINGS and some overnight shifts.
  • Valid Driver's Licence & registered, reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for care
  • Experience in the field preferred
  • Respectful, reliable, and compassionate approach
