THE ROLE

Looking to join the NEW Fluiconnecto Ryco brand and professional environment of Respect, Safety with a can-do attitude? Entering an exciting new phase of growth for the organisation – we are currently seeking experienced Hose Technicians to join our high-achieving team based in Emerald QLD.

This job is to provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places.

This is a full-time permanent role offering great work flexibility. Interviews are available immediately.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
  • Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
  • Manufacture hose assemblies as required
  • Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong knowledge of, and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
  • Have an Australian Driver's License
  • Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
  • Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
