About the Role

As the Dragline Trainer, you will;

• Learn the power of our iXcede software and how it can combine with your skills to give unparalleled insight in to how to improve as a productive operator.
• Deliver hands-on training and mentoring to new and existing operators.
• Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
• Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.

We are pursuing exceptional talent who bring a 
minimum 10 years of dragline operating experience
