Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Assistant located in Perth, WA. The Junior Assistant will support day-to-day operations, assist with scheduled tasks, and ensure the smooth running of activities on-site. Responsibilities may include organizing tools and materials, maintaining work areas, coordinating with team members, assisting with equipment operation, and executing basic administrative duties. This position may also require occasional communication with clients and vendors to facilitate project processes.

Qualifications

  • Basic organizational and time management skills to handle tools, materials, and tasks efficiently.
  • Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors effectively.
  • Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn about tools and equipment used in construction and renovation projects.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to successfully manage onsite challenges.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a worksite environment is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in construction or related fields is beneficial but not required.
