What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who values holistic development and is passionate about providing tailored instruction. The ideal candidate will:

  • Absorb information quickly and be eager to learn the mechanics behind our exceptional teaching program.
  • Connect with others on multiple levels—building lasting relationships is at the heart of our service.
  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and be dedicated to helping students progress in their swimming skills while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Think on your feet, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to different teaching environments.
  • Have excellent time management skills - able to organise your schedule efficiently to ensure prompt arrivals and the smooth delivery of lessons.

Role Summary:

  • Flexible hours tailored to your schedule, with opportunities for weekend or evening work.
  • Competitive pay: $35–$45 per hour, with potential for growth based on experience.
  • Requirements: Current Australian driver's licence, vehicle, swimming teacher qualification, WWCC, and CPR certification.
  • Location & Travel: Classes are held across Adelaide, with flexibility to work in specific areas close to your home. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
