Laundry Attendant

We take pride in delivering high-quality laundry services to our local Gladesville community. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.

Flexible hours available with options for longer and shorter shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays are currently covered, so Saturday availability is not required but is still considered a bonus.

A minimum commitment of 3 days per week is required.

Experience in laundry and customer service is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to company standards
  • Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area
  • Ensure all items are handled with care and returned in excellent condition
  • Handling front of house responsibilities including greeting customers, taking their orders, and providing their pick-ups

Requirements:

  • Availability for at least 3 days per week
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work both in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift laundry loads
  • Previous laundry and customer service experience
