Security Guard – New Year's Eve Event | Brisbane City

Pay Rate: $ $74.61 per hour

Join the team for one of Brisbane's biggest nights of the year

We're looking for professional and reliable Security Guards to work at a large New Year's Eve event in Brisbane City. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while helping ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all.

As an industry leader in security and cleaning services across Queensland, we pride ourselves on delivering proactive and well-managed services to our clients. This is your chance to work with some of Australia's top businesses on exciting projects while building valuable professional connections.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure Safety: Create a secure environment for clients and guests.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Assist customers with inquiries and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Manage Risks: Identify, report, and document potential risks during your shift.
  • Communicate Effectively: Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resolve Conflicts: Employ conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
  • Know Your Protocols: Understand workplace emergency procedures and protocols.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
  • Current Queensland Security License with Crowd Control Function.
  • Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Availability to work on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2025.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
