Role Description

Stone Select Australia is looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse personnel who can operate a forklift and assist with daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading tiles and stone pallets

  • Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory

  • Assisting with dispatch and deliveries

  • Keeping the warehouse clean and safe

Qualifications

  • Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with forklift safety practices
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious
  • Skills in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of safe handling procedures for heavy materials, particularly stone slabs or similar products
  • Ability to maintain equipment and adhere to workplace safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as a forklift operator's license, are required
  • A commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a strong work ethic
  • Prior experience in a similar role or the stone surface industry is a plus
