About the Role

We're seeking an experienced ECW3 Mechanical Fitter's to support ongoing lift installation projects across Melbourne. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assembling, installing, and aligning lift components, ensuring all work meets strict technical and safety standards.

This position offers exposure to diverse commercial projects, working within professional teams and contributing to high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install lift mechanical components in line with specifications and drawings
  • Conduct alignment, adjustment, and testing to ensure optimal lift operation
  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors and project teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OH&S procedures
  • Report progress and any issues promptly to ensure smooth project delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in lift installation or maintenance (highly regarded)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • White Card and current driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel across various Melbourne project sites
