If you are looking for full time employment in a rewarding role in a small business where you are not just another number in the system but part of a team then this is for you.

The role is to contact people, by phone, who have not paid money they owe and negotiate a settlement, and follow a system to locate debtors.

If you do not have previous experience that is not a negative as we will train you, you just need to be open to learning what to do.

The main requirements are that you -

  1. you need to have good communication skills;

  2. not get flustered easily;

  3. be able to think outside of the square;

  4. have an outgoing personality;

  5. be able to focus on the task and not be distracted.

This an exciting and challenging role that will have you thinking all the time while working in a team orientated environment.

This is role for either a male or female with age not being a barrier as most of our staff fall into the mature age range.
