Macadamia Famr Supervisor

About Us:

CL Macs Farm Services is part of a larger Macadamia Farming Group committed to sustainable farming practices and high-quality Macadamia Nut production. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Farm Supervisor to join our team and help manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations, including, harvesting, orchard floor management, Fertigation & irrigation, etc.
• Supervise and train farm staff, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor crop health and communicate with the Area Manager and General Manager as required.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
• Manage inventory of supplies, stock and materials
• Maintain accurate records of production, inputs, and maintenance
• Assist with planning and implementing seasonal farm activities and improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends during peak periods (not excessive)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior farm role
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of modern farming techniques and equipment
• Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable vehicle with a clean and current drivers license
• Broad experience operating and maintaining modern farm machinery including tractors, sprayers, harvesters etc.
