About the role
All Star Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer, with Victorian Conveyancing Experience to join our team in Redland Bay, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive legal environment. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing for NSW, QLD and Victoria.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and drafting contracts, transfers, and other property-related documents
- Conducting title and ownership searches, and reviewing related documentation
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
- Assisting with the settlement process, including coordinating funds, keys, and other necessary arrangements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or similar role (experience in Victorian Conveyancing is essential, NSW and/or QLD will be highly considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of parties
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in using Smokeball software and technology to support the conveyancing process
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
