We're looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at east village Darlinghurst.
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and high standards across all sections. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior chefs, contributing ideas for seasonal menus, and maintaining a smooth-running, collaborative kitchen environment.
We will offer a good life balance 38hrs week. Staff meals and discounts throughout the group. Salary negotiable
