About the Role

You'll be an integral part of our dispensary team, working closely with our pharmacists to provide exceptional service and ensure the safe and efficient preparation of prescriptions. This is a full-time position, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity within a professional, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Assisting with dispensary stock control and ordering
• Liaising with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and professionalism
• Maintaining dispensary workflow and ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards
• Supporting the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both skill and heart to their work.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Dispense Technician (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-first attitude and genuine care for people's wellbeing
• Reliability, honesty, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with FRED Dispense or similar systems (desirable)
