Base salary:
$213,380 $261,100

Private Practice Allowance:
up to $130,550

Professional Development Allowance:
$22,251

Second Roster Allowance:
$42,677

Salary packaging:

6 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks PD leave

About The Role
Join a department of:

• 4 Consultant Anaesthetists
• 6 GP Anaesthetists
• Registrars, residents & med students
• Accredited for 2 years of ANZCA training

You ll work across a diverse clinical caseload and contribute to teaching, training, and improving service quality. This is real hands-on anaesthesia in a region where your skills will matter every day.

What We Re Looking For
FANZCA (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 Years Post-fellowship Experience
Passion for Indigenous, remote, or complex healthcare

Strong teaching, safety, and quality mindset

Cultural competency and adaptability
