Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and construction sectors, is actively seeking skilled and experienced Aluminum Welders to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in aluminum welding, demonstrating precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. You will play a crucial role in fabricating and repairing aluminum structures and components, contributing to the success of diverse projects.

 

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum welding.Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances.  

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to understand welding requirementsPrepare aluminum parts for welding, including cleaning and fixing components before the welding process.Use welding equipment to fabricate, join, and repair aluminum parts and structures in accordance with project specifications.Apply knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques specific to aluminum to ensure strong and durable welds.Conduct tests on welded surfaces, such as inspection for defects, to ensure the quality and safety of the weld.Adjust welding equipment according to the specific types of aluminum being welded to prevent distortion.Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of welding tasks and to address any project-specific challenges.Keep up-to-date with advancements in welding technologies and techniques, especially those related to aluminum.  

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in aluminum welding.Professional certification in welding, with a specialization in aluminum welding techniques.Strong understanding of welding equipment, settings, and maintenance.Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication within diverse teams.
