About the role

Croft & Fisher Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time VR General Practitioner to join a thriving medical practice in Elanora, Queensland. As a VR General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare to our diverse patient community.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages
• Manage ongoing patient care, including the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in general practice
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to all relevant medical regulations and standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice through feedback and participation in quality assurance activities

What we're looking for

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent
• Must be a VR General Practitioner
• Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technology
• A genuine passion for general practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development
