About You
You're motivated, reliable, and ready to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team.
- At least 12 months of hands-on work experience (any industry)
- A genuine interest in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Mature, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A team player who takes pride in quality work and great customer service
Mature-aged applicants and recently qualified tradespeople are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled technicians on commercial and residential HVAC projects, learning every aspect of the trade.
- Assist with installations, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Develop technical knowledge through on-the-job learning
- Deliver quality workmanship and communicate effectively with clients and teammates
- Completed HSC or equivalent
- Current Driver's Licence (mandatory)
- 12+ months of work experience in a practical, hands-on role
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Industry White Card
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Prior experience in a tool, trade, or construction environmen
