TLC Primary Care's unique model of co-located medical centres and aged care facilities offers GPs a balance of general community and specialised aged care work.  All GPs enjoy a dedicated aged care resident allocation ensuring holistic care and clinical excellence.

TLC Primary Care is a division of TLC Healthcare that offers primary care services at our 10 locations across Melbourne and the Geelong area, with medical centres in DPA locations – Frankston, Armstrong Creek, Belmont & Wallington.

Due to ongoing high patient demand, we are currently recruiting General Practitioners who are seeking full-time or part-time sessions. We offer support by our experienced management, administrative, nursing, marketing and IT teams. We ensure General Practitioners can offer high-quality holistic patient care in a supportive and friendly environment where teamwork is highly valued.

  • A team of qualified Practice Nurses to assist with procedures, immunisations, chronic disease management, care plans and Health Assessments.
