Administration Officer – Flexible Hours – Cambridge
Location: Cambridge, TAS
Pay: $30 – $40 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Hours: Flexible – days and times to be agreed on commencement
Ilec is an electrical construction company that specialises in; lighting, power, data, security and access control.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly team based in Cambridge, Tasmania. This is a flexible role with hours and days negotiable to suit the right candidate. Ideally start Tuesday 10th February 2026.
This position is ideal for someone with prior office experience who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing a range of administrative tasks.
About the Role:
In this varied administrative role, your responsibilities will include:
- General office administration
- Data entry and maintaining digital records
- Invoicing and accounts
- Preparing and formatting documents and spreadsheets
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff as needed
- Other administrative duties to support daily operations
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience in an office or administration role
- Confident computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience using Xero accounting software
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Some knowledge of the electrical/construction industry or terminology
