About the gig:

We're two brands combining innovative software and expert safety consulting to help organisations build safer, happier workplaces. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies for Safety Champion and Action OHS Consulting.

If you're detail-sharp, curious, and love making things look good and work well, this one's for you. You'll help keep our websites fresh, create digital content, support campaigns and events, and keep our merch/collateral world humming.

Your week might include:

  • Updating web pages (new case studies, tidy copy, slick images, blogs, etc).
  • Managing and creating social posts – think everything from developing post concepts, post graphics/short videos, writing copy through to scheduling and managing rollout
  • Helping with decks, brochures, and brand bits in Canva/Adobe.
  • Packing event kits, wrangling suppliers, and high-five'ing leads into the CRM.
  • Making sure merch and client gifting inventory are ready to roll.
  • Working alongside people to manage and promote our internal initiatives (this is super fun – includes Christmas gifting, annual staff conference, etc)

You'll bring:

  • 1–2 years in marketing/comms or relevant studies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-learn attitude.
  • Comfort with social platforms + basic design/web tools (we'll teach the rest).
