We currently have exciting opportunities within our Vegetation Management team in South East Queensland.

About the opportunity

We currently have multiple positions available for Vegetation Field Team Members to start immediately.

Within numerous sites across South East Queensland, you will assist in various aspects of land conservation including weed control, planting and equipment maintenance.

These roles are always in the field therefore you must be happy to work in a variety of weather conditions.

We will provide you with ongoing mentoring and support to help you achieve your career goals and unleash your true passion for Land Management.

About you

To be successful in thisrole, the following are desirable, but not essential:

  • Experience in vegetation, land or weed management
  • Cert I or II in Conservation and Ecosystem Management
  • Experience/ interest in identification of species both native and weeds
  • Relevant tickets or experience with the operation and maintenance of equipment such chainsaws and brush-cutters

The following are requirements of all Team Member roles:

  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Open/unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Map-reading skills
  • Own reliable vehicle or ability to get to sites
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • A good attitude to workplace health and safety
  • Be physically fit and able to undertake labour intensive work
