We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and collaborative clinical research team and are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in clinical research and the contract research organisation (CRO) industry, preferably with experience in radiopharmaceuticals.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. As a PM you may also provide guidance to other research staff and will work closely with cross-functional teams, investigators, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple clinical research projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GCP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between clinical, regulatory, and operational teams.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
  • Play an active role in RFP and bid defence processes
  • Manage project documentation and reporting in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the CRO industry or similar environment.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.

Experience in radiopharmaceuticals is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

·       Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

·       Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
