You will make an impact by
- Leading a passionate multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, responsive Enhanced MCH services and group programs.
- Supporting vulnerable families through timely, compassionate care and effective referrals.
- Driving service excellence through evaluation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to support holistic family care.
- Championing child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all service delivery.
What you will bring
- Current national registration as Division 1 nurse, and Midwife, and Maternal and Child Health Qualification
- Demonstrated leadership experience in MCH or community health settings.
- Deep understanding of child development, family-centred practice, and child safety frameworks.
- Strong operational and clinical decision-making skills, including rostering and workload management.
- Ability to mentor, support, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check.
