About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing programs and initiatives, including close collaboration with our client's global teams. This role requires a blend of marketing knowledge, administrative skills, and a passion for driving results. The management team brings decades of diverse experience in marketing and is committed to supporting your professional development while helping you explore the areas of marketing, you're most passionate about.
Main Duties:

Marketing Support:
o Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, also working closely with our global team.
o Coordinate marketing activities, including EDM, content creation, and events.
o Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects.

Content and Communications:
o Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, customer communications - EDMs, presentations, and flyers.
o Coordinate the distribution of marketing communications.
o Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels.
o Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Event & Marketing Project Coordination:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
o Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and attendee registration.
o Prepare event materials and ensure smooth event operations.
o Assist in the end-to-end management of marketing projects, from initiation to delivery.
o Collaborate with internal/external teams (design, content, product, sales) and our global team to execute marketing strategies.
o Coordinate campaign asset creation, review cycles, and approval workflows.
o Continuously improve project workflows and marketing operations processes.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

3–5 years of experience in a marketing role
-
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM and email marketing
-
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Creative mindset with a strong passion for marketing

Excellent organisational and time-management skills
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
