The role

Reporting to our Fabrication Manager, we are seeking a motivated and organised Logistics and Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the movement, maintenance, storage, and tracking of company assets and materials, ensuring logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the transport, delivery, and storage of equipment and materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records of company assets, including allocation and condition.
  • Supporting project and site teams with timely logistics and asset requirements.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
  • Coordinating & overseeing maintenance schedules for fleet and company assets.
  • Conducting regular stocktakes and asset audits.
  • Promoting compliance with safety, company, and legislative standards.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a proactive individual who must have:

  • Experience in logistics, asset management or supply chain.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately while thinking creatively to find innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to safety, consistently observing precautions and meeting safety expectations.
  • Efficiency, be focused, and adaptable, capable of assessing situations and achieving the best outcomes for all parties.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
