The Armidale School (TAS) is a leading co-educational Anglican day and boarding school, proudly serving students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. We are seeking an empathetic, organised, and professional House Parent to join our dedicated Boarding team. This rewarding non-residential role plays a pivotal part in the daily life of our boarding houses, assisting with supervision, welfare, and the smooth running of routines. You will build strong, supportive relationships with students, guiding them through the challenges and triumphs of boarding life. As a role model and mentor, your presence will help create a safe, structured, and caring environment where boarders can thrive personally and academically.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of behaviour, wellbeing, and organisation, maintaining accurate records through our REACH system, and supporting students in their daily routines and personal growth.

A current Working with Children Check and Level 2 First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is required, along with a genuine commitment to the School's values and child safety principles.
