Michael Hill is a premium jewellery brand with stores across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We're looking for Christmas Casuals across Queensland to bring the sparkle – delivering unforgettable service and supporting our team during the busiest (and most exciting) time of year.

  • Support the team with Click & Collect orders, customer queries and store presentation.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and contribute to a sparkling store environment.
  • Embody the Michael Hill values and help customers find meaningful gifts that last a lifetime.

Who You Are

  • A confident, well-presented individual with a passion for retail and customer service.
  • Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus – especially during peak trading periods.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to be part of a high-performing team.
