About the role:
We are seeking Production Operators for a number of roles across both our AM / PM shifts, We have both full time, permanent and fixed term contract roles available with plenty of opportunity to grow within a respected and dynamic food manufacturing business.
You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and work in a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and food excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for food and a drive for quality
- Previous experience in food manufacturing/FMCG (preferred)
- A team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Good understanding of safety, hygiene, and food manufacturing standards
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen is a bonus
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll play a key role in production operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and following production processes
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Identifying hazards and participating in solutions
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Taking part in continuous improvement and training initiatives
